- Dust bags with disc bottoms sewn from non-woven and woven media for numerous styles of industrial dust collectors - many medias are stocked in-house
- Pleated bags with molded ends to replace fabric bags and cages in common industry dust collector styles - we also offer a couple of styles with metal end caps
- Dust cartridges in an abundant range of diameter, length, end cap, and top flange styles to replace OEM filters in both horizontal and vertical cartridge dust collector designs, including oval cartridge filters
- Custom filters can be designed to meet specific design criteria
We manufacture high quality OEM replacement dust cartridges. We offer replacements for most common designs by every major manufacturer of cartridge style dust collectors.
We manufacture replacement pleated filters for bag houses. Pleated filters will replace a standard dust bag, which increases filtration two to three times more than a standard bag. These pleated filters will fit into your existing bag house tube sheets.
AJR Filtration manufactures replacement bags for most industry shaker and pulse jet style collectors. We stock all industry standard medias, as well as specialty medias for high temperature and chemical applications. Additionally, we carry or can source most components necessary to manufacture shaker and pulse jet style bags.
