AJR Filtration’s deep pleated filter cartridges provide 99% absolute efficiencies from 1 to 40 microns. Multiple layers of filtration media together with a deep pleat design deliver maximum dirt holding capacity and filtration efficiency. A single deep pleated cartridge can replace up to 20 standard filter bags.  

AJR’s 600 Series Deep Pleated Series cartridges are constructed with a choice of polypropylene or polyester filter media for broad chemical compatibility. The deep pleat design is secured with stainless steel bands and polyethylene netting. These filters are designed to fit into most existing Size 1 and 2 baskets and provide an O-ring side seal without housing modifications.

  • Polypropylene and polyester materials meet FDA regulations for food contact under CFR 21, Section 177.1520

  • Temperature ratings to 200° F (PO), 275° F (PE)
