AJR Filtration manufactures nominal and absolute micron rated liquid filter cartridges. Our newly expanded product line includes string wound filters, pleated cartridges, melt blown filters and carbon wrapped filter cartridges. Liquid cartridge filters are often used for replacement in industry standard size 1 & 2 bag systems. Scroll down to see our entire line of liquid filter cartridges.
String Wound Filter Cartridges
DW string wound filters, formerly from Delta Pure Filtration remove solids from water, process fluids, and compressed gasses, providing economical solutions to protect processes, people, and the environment. DW cartridges are available with nominal micron ratings from 0.5 to 200 in continuous lengths from 3" to 72" and diameters from 2" to 4.5". From pre-filtration to polishing applications, for potable water to aggressive chemicals, DW string wound filters by AJR Filtration, provide the progressive depth filtration with high sediment holding capacity demanded by the industry.

HC “high capacity” series string wound filter cartridges, formerly from Delta Pure Filtration provide excellent filtration for fluids with a wide particle size distribution. The HC series filters are wound with two zones in order to provide longer filter life with challenging fluids. A more open pre-filtration section serves to protect the downstream section and remove larger particles, while a tighter final filter section provides removal of smaller particulates.

The EEF series precision string wound filters for Extremely Efficient Filtration, formerly from Delta Pure Filtration employ a polypropylene nonwoven final filter layer downstream of a wound pre-filter section. These filters remove a much higher percentage of fine-particulate compared to traditional string wound filters – up to 99% of 0.5 micron particles.

Melt Blown Filter Cartridges
AJR Filtration's MB Series of economy liquid filtration cartridges, formerly from Delta Pure Filtration, provide economical depth filtration with a gradient design to trap particles throughout the entire cross section of the filter. The innermost fibers form a tight self-supporting matrix, which eliminates the need for a separate center core. MB Series cartridges offer economical filtration with flow rates of up to 5 gpm per 10" length and a maximum operating temperature of 125 deg. F.
